3. Orders, pricing and payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by SD Enterprises and stock availability.

• Payment terms are agreed per customer and confirmed in writing.
• Goods once delivered are subject to our returns and damage policy.

4. Delivery

Delivery slots, routes and timelines depend on pin code, order size and route schedules. Same-day dispatch is subject to orders confirmed before the cut-off time for the day.

Brand partnership enquiries are subject to commercial due diligence and a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding distribution agreement.
